Unfortunately I had very poor service from Haywards Heath Glass and Glazing. We had an appointment for them to come out and look at a problem with my mother's patio doors. They didn't turn up at the agreed time and date. I rang the next day and they said they would come the next day. I specifically asked for the chap to ring me when there as Mum has Alzheimers and couldn't explain the problem (we don't live locally). No call. As I hadn't heard from them I rang to see if they'd turned I was told the doors needed new wheels, but this won't solve the underlying issue - which is why I wanted him to call me when he was there. They then promised to call me this morning at 09.00...guess what, no call. If you don't want the work please just say and to save messing myself and my 93 year old mother around. Total waste of time. Not at all professional.

What a great company, message them on Friday evening, got email on a Saturday saying they will contact me on Monday for quote, Monday they came quoted and replaced on the spot, it's taken me two weeks to find a company that could replace it. The staff was amazing and friendly and the job was done to such high standards. Would highly recommend them. Thank you again. Service: Glass installation
