Tony wasn't able to find my house despite being given the address including the postcode. When he rang me to request direction I explained where it was and he said he would arrive in 10 minutes. 40 mins later with no sign I rang him back to be told that he hadn't been able to find my house and that I must have given him incorrect address details. Of course I had not, and could also assure him that my house did exist since I was in it. Anyway Tony said that he was now "out of the area" and could no longer visit as had been agreed. There was no sign of any apology for this incompetence. Tony stated that sometimes his phone "did not accept" certain postcodes, to which I pointed out this was not my fault. At that point Tony decided to hang up on me. I find this approach to serving potential customers utterly bizarre and one that could only be explained if he had a large queue of other paying customers. That might be the case, but given the level of ineptitude, incompetence, rudeness and downright ignorance displayed by Tony, that would be very surprising. 1 star out of 5 is generous for this absolute shower.

Tony and his team did an amazing job of turning our scruffy garden into a beautiful outdoor living space. They were efficient and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgable and creative landscape gardeners! Amazing work guys. Thank you so much. My husband and I are over the moon with our stunning new outside space. Service: Yard work
