3 Blonde Bears Ltd

Very disappointed with my order of 4 personalised definition mugs ordered through Not On The High Street. The mugs themselves where nice and as described however I only received 3 of them. I contacted the seller who said she would send a replacement straight away but it never arrived. I contacted her again and she refunded the item however I explained the missing mug was a thank you gift for somebody living in the same house as people who I had bought 2 of the other mugs I had received for and I needed this mug. I asked how she could help me ensure this mug would arrive to which she has now ignored my messages. The other 2 mugs are now a complete waste and I cannot give them to as a gift so a waste of money. I am now led to believe this missing mug was never sent! Other parcels have arrived since and its a big coincidence that the same item never arrived twice! Very frustrated with this seller and I would not recommend them at all. Looking at the reviews on here Facebook, I am not the only one!

I've have lots of 3 Blonde Bear products at home and have always found them extremely helpful, friendly and turn around my orders promptly. I can't fault them.

Awful company. Pretended they had dispatched a gift for my father before Christmas and today have told me that "they are out of stock" and can give me a "gift voucher that can be redeemed later in January". No really apology or regret on their part. How can something be dispatched if you don't have the stock!?
