        The thing with calling at 8.30 is honestly one of the worst things. You can call all you want at 8.30 but god forbid there's too many callers and it just bunks you off the line.

        I really cannot recommend this place as a GP surgery, it's difficult to get an appointment the receptionists are very unhelpful and their only ability is to "leave a message for the doctor" you have to call before a certain time in the morning to even be considered for an appointment, and the icing on the cake is this place no longer supports Video Calls through LIVI. Not once in my 4 years did I ever feel like I had my own GP, I would always get what I was given. The doctors I have seen though were lovely it's a shame about how the place is ran in general, receptionists do not want to be there, and you can tell. After 4 years I am leaving, shame I have had such a terrible experience.
