Heathcote House

This not a rating of the treatment as I like visiting the practice and the people I meet are very nice... The 2023 increase in hygienist appointments fee is more than 21%!!! That deserves less than 1 star. You can say all you want about increased running costs but such a step increase is outrageous as it is twice the rate of inflation. This has to be called out for what it is. Greed.

Reception were welcoming and my dentist was on time, professional and gentle. You can't do any better than that.

I am a very anxious patient, but on my first visit I was instantly put at ease, Mr Hunter explained everything to me in clear detail and was very kind and gentle. A good experience for me and I certainly won't mind returning. Thank you I have just been for my 6 monthly review and once again Mr Hunter put me at ease explaining all that he was doing, he was very gentle and reassuring, and I have happily booked a further review in 6 months. I also have seen Rebekah the hygienist who was also very caring and put me at ease explaining all she was doing and I have re booked with her for 6 months. Thank you

I have had a really wonderful experience when I contacted Heathcote. I had a broken tooth in the front of my mouth. I was desperate for help. I really needed help quickly and Ben Woods was fantastic. He helped me and I felt so relived. I was soon on my way home. I followed Ben Woods to Heathcote and eventual two years ago. He is reliable, he is fantastic dentist.
