Grabbed a latte between trains. No foam whatsoever. When took back to counter to ask for it to be made properly the, the server argued that it was a latte and insisted only cappuccino has foam. Even after I showed him a pic of what a latte should look like! Please make sure your staff know how to make drinks properly and tell them not good practise to argue rather than offer to amend and keep paying customer satisfied. Will not buy coffee here again sadly.

I visited the Pumpkin shop situated on Platform 3 of Haywards Heath station on Tuesday 31 January. I was welcomed to the shop by a very nice young man who's name was Luke. He was very attentive as to what I required, and very polite. I will certainly use this venue again on my way to work. Luke is a great asset to this company, and I wish him well.
