Steve Rudd, Chiropractor

Having moved to Haywards Heath, aged 69, I wondered whether the problems I was having were the natural aches and pains that could be expected as I approached 70 years' young. However, one session with Steve highlighted how I have compensated for old injuries and put pressure on other parts of my body. After three or four sessions I felt younger and more mobile. I highly recommend Steve and the practice in general.

Dr Rudd is a truly remarkable chiropractor who does fantastic work and which has certainly largely contributed to me staying fit and maintaining a very active life, now into my seventies. Steve is very well read and stays up to date with research findings which feed into his work. I also appreciate his friendly manner, sense of humour and human connection; I feel treated like a person, not just a body, and I think this is important. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I would recommend Steve without the slightest hesitation. The staff that work with him are friendly, competent and responsive.

Dr. Steve Rudd is simply the best chiropractor I have ever used. He and his team are caring and efficient, giving a fantastic service that has helped my shoulder injury unbelievably.
