I've been going to Mincka weekly for over a year now and I can firmly say it's the BEST coffee shop in town. Reliably friendly staff, great service (water brought with coffee - YES!) and delicious food (eat the blondie and thank me later). I hope it can keep these standards up in these challenging times.
