Horrible Customer service If the cashier would chat a bit less with One customer, it would increase the customer satisfaction for the OTHER FIVE customers waiting in the queue. Or, why not opening another cashier desk? The staff is there...... Halifax has lot to learn about Customer Service/Experience and Satisfaction, luckily there are other banks around to move to if it will be too much to try to deal with them......

Really excellent service in this covid19 pandemic. I must appreciate all the staff as they were proactive and extremely helpful. I opened my son's account and deposited money in less than 10 min.

RUDE & OBNOXIOUS STAFF!! IN THESE TROUBLED TIMES, THE LAST THING THAT YOU NEED, ARE STAFF, WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT. THE LADY WHO WAS AT THE DOOR, DICTATING TO PEOPLE WHERE TO STAND, SHOULD GO ON A CUSTOMER SERVICES COURSE, & LEARN TO SPEAK & TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE, AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Not sure who the person on the front desk thinks she is... Telling one customer how they "used to have queues out the door" when you've got loads of elderly customers (guess what) queuing out the door!!! Here's a tip for you, stop wasting time trying to be funny with customers when we've been stood in a queue for 15 minutes just to bank a bloody cheque. The poor guy in front of me was pushing his wife in a wheelchair waiting ages because you're having a laugh and your cashier is the slowest person in banking history. Maybe get some more staff in, train them to be less useless...
