Gilfy's

Gilfy's made this masterpiece cake for my Mum's 60th birthday. It looked absolutely beautiful and tasted incredible. I gave her so many requirements; chocolate cake, pink marble on the outside with a pink drip edge, lindt chocolate balls, a birthday plaque and orchids. She fulfilled the brief perfectly and delivered the cake on the morning with a smile. I've also had her cinnamon buns which were incredible. I'm looking forward to ordering some cookies soon! Justine has been an absolute God send! Her products are as good as you can get, anywhere. Communication is excellent, and I've never once been let down. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Absolutely smashing! My daughter adored her Potter inspired Golden Snitch cake. The taste was superb and not overly sweet and sickly like the majority of cakes (I managed several servings!). The cakes itself was light and consistent through all the layers and the decoration was just beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
