        We are both extremely grateful for the day we found Tim. Ours is not a straightforward project as it is a para 79 house, one of the most challenging planning applications to get approved. Tim has been an inspiration through both the design and planning stage so much so that our application not only obtained approval but passed with recommendations for the whole planning committee. As anyone knows, planning and building is a stressful process, but Tims calm nature always made things seem more straightforward. So much so we have always thought of him as much as our counsellor as well as our architect. We can not recommend Tim highly enough and would be happy to talk to anyone personally about his services.
