        Date pencilled in for survey. Chased multiple times to confirm but zero response. Turned up at our property with an hours notice to undertake survey. Promised designs within two to three weeks. Four weeks later a one page PDF materialised after chasing on multiple occasions with zero response. Designs incoherent with the brief and at best described as incomplete. We were even sent designs for another property entirely to begin with.
