        Im so so glad I used them. Peter has excellent communication - he rang ahead of the survey and asked if there was anything specifically I wanted him to look at in addition to the usual survey. He also assisted any follow up questions I had. Absolutely brilliant!

        I couldn't recommend them enough, honestly! I'm in the process of buying my house and they just made a step in the process easier. The survey was booked and complete within a week: a week, and I'm not exaggerating. David my surveyor was a pleasure to talk to. He went through the property and after inspecting he gave me a call to explain the immediate issues he had spotted. You just know when you find a good company. Their rates are also unbeatable, even my conveyancing agent was surprised at them. It's a no brainer, if you want a RICS Survey for your home, these are your people
