I'm super pleased with the support and advice I received from Mortgage Heroes (my main contact was Victoria Worthington) as they were always available to me, highly approachable and answered all of my questions quickly and sufficiently. All steps in the process were proactively moved forward as and when needed, and Victoria regularly followed up and checked in with me during. While Victoria was on annual leave, her colleagues filled in just as well which I highly appreciated. I went through a mortgage process for the first time which is why I probably had more questions than usual but Victoria guided me really well, patiently and thoroughly which helped build my confidence about the situation quickly.
