The site is new and very clean and modern. We stayed in an exclusive lodge with a hot tub which was done to a very high standard and the welcome pack was a lovely added touch. However its very quiet site. During our 4 day stay there was only food available on site Monday & Tuesday 5pm till 9pm. Drinks were available every day but only 5pm till 10pm. The food was good but expensive. The swimming pool was only open Tuesday & Thursday with only a 45 min slot. There is no shop or arcade, cafe and little entertainment on. If you are looking for a high end accommodation on a well kept quiet site its for you but if you want a place with more going on its not ready just yet. As I understand this is phase 1 opening and phase 2 will bring an lot more facilities etc. Staff are great & a credit to the site.

Such a shame, a lovely little attractive costal caravan park really let down by its lack of staff, very poor service and ridiculous pricing. Cannot fault the caravans, all mod-cons clean. The Missing Squirrel, probably the nicest looking bar on hayling island BUT.. we arrived for lunch around 1pm. To find an empty bar, a lone barman and tables full of dirty plates from breakfast yet to be cleared, service is unbelievably slow and expensive. The Green Room, a lovely space for dining and the evening entertainment (not on very often) and normally just streamed on a big screen from a busier Away Resorts Site, after ordering a drink 3 times with the same member of staff it finally arrived 30 minutes later and was charged 7:50 for a pint, well food was well over and hour wait in a 1/3 capacity restaurant So In summary, a very good looking park with good facilities in caravans, once you spend more than a couple of hours there you realise its totally ruined but its lack of staff, management And prices which the experience does not warrant. Needs a total overhaul of management and actually provide the service its boasts online. Such a shame because it could be the best in Hampshire! Book Seal Bay at Selsey if you have Kids and want a good break without constant issues!
