Expensive but OK and for 4 years no real issue (although Swyx and Macs are not their forte) but when you want to leave (like, during a pandemic and you have had to downsize) then they are less than helpful. Happy to take your money in the good time. I would have hoped a good account manager helps you reduce cost in troubled times but rather than alert you to unnecessary cost and live accounts and number you don't need, they keep quiet. Have a look at all these really positive reviews just in the last few weeks...take your own view. I would not recommend based on my experiences trying to leave them.
