Have been registered with this practice for almost 2 years. Fortunately havent had to use them much, but when I have, the service has been brilliant. So helpful and efficient. Very impressed considering the current healthcare climate. They clearly take patient satisfaction very seriously. Thank you team, you are appreciated. keep up the good work!

They don't even deserve 1 star took more then 40 min to get in queue from giving line is busy then another 40 min to get through receptionists to tell you (all appointments are gone I'm afraid) not telling or sorry for the wait inconvenience I'll put you on waiting list just incase someone cancels that's the 3rd time this happens better to convert it to play area for children's would be more beneficial and they can work from home as they describe medication in descriptions judging on phone conversations

I have been with this surgery since I was a baby, that's a v long time, this used to be a great surgery but not now, I called today as I have an underlying health condition that I need antibiotics for sometimes, 3 times I called no one answered, the 3rd time the receptionist was quite rude, since covid I have found this an occurance at this practice now, no compassion at all, I still don't know if I have been able to get my prescription, this surgery used to go out of its way to help, it doesn't now, do not sign up to this surgery.

Great care again today from this surgery as always. Called this morning for a same day appointment, GP phoned me at 10 as promised, prescription issued and sent.
