I absolutely recommend the two hour massage/yoga combination. The massage felt like it went on for ages (in a good way!) and was followed by restorative poses and Alex answering a few questions I had on poses in my practice. The space is very soothing and Alex was very receptive to the intensity I like for a massage. I left feeling extremely zen and for a very reasonable price.

Just popping on here to say I recently went to one of Alex's workshops and it was absolutely amazing. It was focussed on self-care and included mostly restorative yoga but also a few gentle flows to get into the zone. Meditation wouldn't be quite the word but Alex invited us, with the right questions, to find a bit of time to introspect and adopt a kinder inner voice. Alex was so patient and positive and gave adaptations and individual tweaks to make sure everyone got the best out of everything. So good to support such a wonderful little local enterprise, too. Loved it all and will be back!

I've always known that yoga would benefit me. But for a good 15 years and dozens of different classes I had pretty much decided that I hated it. Then I found Alex. I thought I'd give it one more go and booked a few 1:1's. I find that Alex's style is exactly what I needed. She made me feel like I could make yoga my own, and made me enjoy it. Alex is relaxed yet professional and she's clearly passionate about what she does. As someone who always feels nervous joining exercise classes with other people... I started joining the regular classes and it became the highlight of my week. I now practice at home, in 1:1's with Alex and in her classes where I can fit them in to my schedule. (including the wonderful restorative sessions that she runs) I enjoy the crowd that comes to the classes too, they are such lovely people, and the location means I can go for a relaxing countryside walk afterwards. Finally, the pice de rsistance is the outdoor sessions and workshops Alex runs - they really are very enjoyable. What a treat to do yoga in the beautiful surroundings of Hayfield village or the Sett Valley Trail. Thank you for everything!!!!

I am exceptionally fussy with treatments and massage having been in the industry for many years. Alexandra has the perfect healing touch, knowledge and a really friendly and professional approach. Was a great experience which will be a regular on my self care calendar. So happy to find such a wonderful treatment locally.
