We werent happy with our festival presentation and reached out to The Doing Word with hopes of doing a minor refresh. Upon first consultation, we had our minds blown with the extent of knowledge and insight that the agency provided. Instead of a minor refresh, our brand underwent a 360* transformation which helped us create a better perception to FMCG companies that we were selling to and to consumers that we sought to attract.
