    I have been doing yoga with Hannah for four years now and her classes and yoga days are always wonderful. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and find that Hannah is really able to help with students of all levels and always offers alternative postures if needed. She also has a very good eye for alignment and will give gentle adjustments which really deepen and strength your practice. Hannah's classes are a great balance of fun while offering the opportunity to go in and have an hour or so for yourself in a busy world. I can't recommend Hannah's classes and yoga days highly enough.

    I have been practising yoga for five years, and after moving to the area and trying different classes, I found Hannah. Hannahs vinyasa flow yoga classes were exactly what I was looking for and I have now been attending for over a year. Hannah is a warm and supportive teacher who carefully attends to all class members, providing advice and adjustments where necessary. I find her classes to be a perfect balance of being calming and restoring whilst also promoting strength and flexibility. Hannah is passionate about yoga and is encouraging and enthusiastic, making her classes fun and enjoyable. She brings a number of different aspects to her classes, such as carefully chosen music, inspirational readings and mindful breathing, and always seems in tune with the needs of her class members. I come away from her classes feeling like they were exactly what I needed. Afterwards I feel more relaxed and sleep better. I have also found Hannahs classes invaluable in helping me recover from injury and to reconnect with my body and mind. I am so glad to have found Hannahs classes.
