Just back from our Mother's day lunch. Burgers and cocktails were delicious as usual. I had the roast beef. It was absolutely gorgeous , beef was perfectly cooked as were the vegetables and gigantic Yorkshire pudding. Really great to see this on the menu for Sunday, hope it continues. Staff are always so friendly too making it a real gem so close to home.. Thank you for a lovely afternoon Hello Burger!

This was our third time trying hello burger and we definitely be our last. We ordered for delivery and although the delivery was quick and the delivery driver was polite it all went down hill from there. Unfortunately the burgers were overcooked and a little cold. The onion rings were tasty but greasy and the halloumi fries were bland and rubbery. The parmesan fries were good but a small portion. Unfortunately the worst part is my husband found a hair in his burger as he was eating it. This obviously put us off eating any of the remaining food. We ordered through Uber eats and they were prompt to refund the cost of the burger however they suggested we should reach out directly to Hello burger to let them know about the hygiene issue. I emailed hello burger 3 days ago and have yet to have a response. (I only wanted an apology and to know they will check staff wear hair nets etc). Unfortunately their lack of customer care means we will not be ordering again.
