Its not a pub , its a restaurant, lived here 25 years in Hayes Lane , looks lovely outside , but soulless inside with kids serving . Just waked I there at 9.15 pm told its closed . What PUB closes at that time ? Dont pretend to be a pub if you want to be a restaurant

My friend and I went to the George for dinner just over a week ago. We were attended by a lovely young man called Vinnie. He was a great host. He definitely made our time at the George more pleasurable. This young man is heading for management. Great service, great chat. He really made us feel special. The food and wine was also delicious. My favourite local pub. 5 Stars
