Awful service from the pharmacy. Always queues, always Items missing! Assistant behind the counter has a thank less job but always smiling and helpful luckily.

The staff are very rude.they take forever to serve you they never answer the phone all they say is your prescription is not ready. The worst pharmacy ever.

I am not going to go into this latest sorry episode but I can only say the service I have received from these is nothing short or remarkable. A level of consistency that I have never experienced before in any business . Clearly they give no systems , processes or management . Day Lewis should be ashamed .

Shocking customer service, I have tried to telephone twice today regarding my prescription, I spoke with Loretta who perhaps could do with some customer satisfaction training, the line was so bad as she was dispensing medication as she spoke , I pointed out the noise was magnified on the speaker, she stated she was to busy , tried to call back after prescription was delivered & her tone was rude, & abrasive, we always seem to have issues with this chemist , my job was customer service & I would never of been allowed to speak to a customer as she did, lets hope things improve & head office take note, last time we went in they were doing training with there staff, perhaps more is needed, Im afraid of this had been an elderly person they would not of been able to hear her or get there point across, dissatisfied
