READ BEFORE BUYING!! April 2021 I bought an ex display bath. March 2022 a crack appeared in the bath because I had left the water in it over night, which poured through my bathroom ceiling. Initially the manager put the responsibility on the manufacturer saying it was not fit for purpose. The Manufacturer agreed to supply a new bath. Because I had dared to ask who would take responsibility for the labour costs of 5K, the manager has now spitefully asked for the manufacturer to withdraw their offer (of which there is a video recording to prove offer) and offer a measly amount that rectifies nothing. Before this, 6 months into having the bathroom installed the new vanity unity warped. The manager told me that I had not shown any gratitude because he had replaced the carcass! The products in this shop are beautiful but the customer service once things went wrong have been shocking. If this was a larger company, customer service would have been a priority. Because this is a small business, the manager has acted with ego and become personal, stating untruths as facts. Shockingly, he lives one road away from me! I have three children and have not had a bath since March! His initial claims of 'don't worry, I'll look after you' quickly disappeared when he thought he would be out of pocket. Honestly, I wish I'd gone to somewhere established. Legal proceedings will now unfortunately commence.

We needed to update our en-suite shower room, and having been recommended by a neighbour contacted Robert. As a result he installed not only the en-suite but also our main bathroom. His work is really professional and he has a high standard of customer care both during and after installation. We would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone. Very satisfied customers. Orpington.

My husband and I popped into the showroom last year when renovating our home and ended up using Bromley Bathroom Company for all four of our bathrooms plus our cloakroom. Robert and Heather were so welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we got the bathrooms wed be proud of. The master ES has become my favourite room, a real sanctuary. They were professional throughout, always available to help and advise. Top service!! I cant recommend them highly enough. Exceptional service whether the project is big or small.

We just wanted to say an enormous thank you to you. Our downstairs cloakroom is now finished and is exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much for organising the radiator to be painted to match the furniture. It's an exact match and is perfect! Also thank you for sourcing the sink for us, even though you don't normally stock that range. We are so grateful to you for your "if that's what you want, that's what you'll have!' attitude to us, as we really have got what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble at all to you and you really went above and beyond to give us a personalised service. We'll be back to you for our main bathrooms soon and definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Just visiting your extensive showroom felt like a treat, even with our two kids in tow. You made us feel relaxed, unpressured and even the kids enjoyed it! Big thanks again!
