Ive started to work with Nozzy in 2020 for launching my business. I had a problem with a previous web designer, so I was really worried about her at the start, but its all gone now! She is reliable and very patient. I am not a computer person, but she is! She tries hard to understand what I want to and move things forward. Of course, she is a specialist in online shops, but not only that. She works for me in many areas, such as office tools, business research, and marketing! She expresses her ideas and choices but always respects my opinions at the end. When I need her support, her response is so quick and quickly helps me out by zoom. Her price is also reasonable and easy to count. I am really satisfied with her service and recommend her.

We had some troubles with the previous web designer and the hosting server. Maybe it is because I do not do web services! The domain ownership and prices were not clear to me, so I started to research them. Im a massage practitioner and bought the whole business from the previous owner. I asked some questions but I could never get a clear answer from them. Nozzy was introduced to me by a friend and she solved these outstanding problems quickly and we managed to make sense of the previous services. Nozzy helped me to retain the domain as the owner and I clearly understand all the payments related to the website with Nozzy now. We also created a new website with her and are very happy with it. It looks professional and is very easy to navigate. Our experience with customer service at Nozzy has been great! She handles things very efficiently and is available for any questions or queries we may have.

I was looking for someone who can give me IT support as well as someone who can help me with marketing and making a new website. My old website looked really old and I desperately needed to improve it in order to run a new business. I stumbled on Norikos ad and contacted her straight away. Unlike other people I contacted, she offered a free Zoom meeting straight away so that she can explain how she can help me and tell me all the other details. Her response was always super quick! I am very happy with the new website that we created together with Noriko!
