Beautiful grounds. Correspondence and feedback is poor. Every day is "they had such a lovely day", omitting any honest dialogue or updates regarding any potential struggles, injuries or toilet accidents they may have had duting the day. Feedback Indid receive about my 3.5 year old on parent's day was that they need to learn how to share... Try to raise any concerns yourself or provide feedback and you are unfortunately met with either silence or a very passive aggressive and condescending owner who will somehow make you feel as though their mistake/concern within the setting is a fault of your own. I would certainly not consider sending my child here if they have any SEN requirements or neuro-diversities, as the skillset, patience and duty of care is just not there. :( Also, if you decide to send your child here, don't be fooled by the offer of a fireworks display/event, you will just be watching the tops of the fireworks you might just be able to see over the tips of the trees from the Norman Park display!

My grandson has really loved being at The Garden Pre-School since he joined at just 2years of age. All the teachers have encouraged him all the way through & have really helped us with his speech & mobility issues to make sure he has all the help to develop in these areas. Hes now getting ready for going to infant school in September & hes learning in such a fun way that he really enjoys everyday.

My son started at the Garden Pre School a few weeks ago and has been having a fantastic time. I have noticed his speech and understanding has improved immensely since then as well as developing relationships with other kids and learning new skills. The staff are wonderful and the pre-school itself is well equipped and maintained. The fees are incredibly reasonable and Im so happy I chose to send my son here!! Thank you Garden Pre-School!

My son started at The Garden Pre-School a few weeks ago and has settled in beautifully. He has just turned two and, having been out of childcare for a long time, I was concerned as to how it would be to leave him. Well I neednt have worried as all the staff at The Garden Pre-School have been incredibly kind, supportive and caring in making sure that my son feels happy and secure. In the first week teachers even took the time to update me regularly throughout each day, via phone calls, online messaging and photos as to how he had settled and the numerous fun activities he was taking part in. As an Early Years Teacher myself I am always very interested in other settings and having taken much time looking into different childcare options my husband and I were certain that the Garden Pre-School was the right place for our little boy. The outdoor area is always well maintained with fantastic equipment to allow children to explore safely and, as well as both the indoor and outdoor classrooms, there is an on-site Forest School, something which I personally believe is highly beneficial to childrens physical development as well as promoting independent exploration and imagination. I have already seen so much progress with regards to my sons speech, play and social behaviours. He runs out everyday with a huge smile on his face whilst shouting bye bye friends and on the journey home when asked if he had a good day he replies Yes, fun! As a parent, this is an amazing and reassuring thing to hear and I thank the staff at The Garden Pre-School for their hard work and dedication to the children they care for.
