We initially purchased the kitchen from Paul Turnham kitchen as they were local and after doing some research we decided to go with their German kitchen. The kitchens themselves are lovely. The sales person we dealt with was great. He was prompt in answering any queries; gave us tips and pointers and even arranged for us to visit another customer to view their kitchen before we made our final purchase and I have passed on this feedback many times. Unfortunately, he has since left and we needed help sorting out a drawer that had been broken and parts of our plinth was not fitted securely. This is where we had issues. We had to chase many times (over a period of months - calls and emails) before getting some resolve. The biggest problem is the way the proprietor of the company - who is also the fitter - speaks to me. If you are critical in the slightest or you are not in agreement with him, you will not be allowed to finish your sentence and be spoken to like a child. He is very intimidating and surly and he will never acknowledge any wrong, miscommunication or apologise even after explaining to him how he had made me feel. I felt like he had in fact given me nearly 40k of his hard earned money and not the other way round. In fact the last time he came, he left without asking me to check the job, said right were done and let himself out the front door leaving it unlocked and I was left crying. His son then came back that afternoon because they had not addressed the issue with the plinth and attempted to speak to me in exactly the same manner, telling me they had never been told anything about a plinth (of which I have numerous emails). I dont even know if theyll be coming back if Im honest because the son said he would after taking a photo but Ive heard nothing. Who knows. I would never have written this review but for yesterdays experience where I felt I could not speak in my own home and daring to challenge when practically being accused of lying about how the drawer might have sustained a broken part (within 6months after install) when I genuinely did not know. To summise, the kitchens are good but be sure you get the after care too; its critical otherwise youll end up feeling frustrated. I thought it fair to update this review. The matter with the drawer has since been rectified (since April 2018). The plinth on the island has been secured with the extra clips required and they were apologetic about the service I had received. Apparently they were in the process of changing management so were experiencing transitional difficulties. The reason for this update is because I had to return to Paul Turnham to make some queries to order additional kitchen parts (I stress it had nothing to do with them - they left the kitchen just how it should have been left). I did have to someone else to fit the plinth and to get a new draw I had to go through head office directly (which wasn't straight forward) because it was difficult getting other schuller suppliers to assist because I was critical of one of their own.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen. This is the second time we are using Paul Turnham kitchen. Each time the quality has been incredible. The design of the kitchen was spot on with lot of space saving ideas. Price was competitive compare to other local shops. We had so many comments on how stunning the kitchen looks. The team went out of their way to have the job done in time. I would highly recommend Paul Turnham kitchen

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Paul Turnham Kitchens. We knew how we wanted it to look, and we have exactly what we wanted: a quality, well-fitted kitchen which looks fantastic and is a joy to cook in. (We are particularly thrilled with our Bora hob; well worth the investment!) Tim managed the project for us, liaising closely with us, and using excellent specialist trades where needed, all worked to a high standard and were prompt and efficient. The photographs speak for themselves, we made a good choice when we first parked up our bikes at their showroom in Coney Hall and would have no hesitation in recommending Paul Turnham kitchens.
