        This Hosptal is discusting the way they treat people , I mean really we traveled for 1 hr to see my daughter only to be told that after 30 mins we had to go home and that left her in a really bad emonsional state as she had not seen her sister in 3 weeks AVOID THIS HOSPITAL ALL ALL COST..

        Phenomenal place. Therapists are the best there is. Whole team of doctors, nurses, kitchen staff and HCAs provide the best chance ever for someone to get the help they need. I recommend the Priory Hayes wholeheartedly, no reservations whatsoever.

        I can't imagine having better care than that I found at The Priory Hayes Grove. Everybody was attentive and supportive and made the task at hand possible.

        Wouldn't recommend this group as something as simple as booking an appointment with the right consultant seems to be beyond the capabilities of the staff. Whereas with other hospitals, it is a simple case of calling and booking instantly, these people take upwards of a week after contacting them and then book with the wrong consultant! For anyone looking to book with them, save yourself the time and aggravation, and look elsewhere.
