How fantastic to find the correct fittings for my camper van curtain rails. The van is from the last century... Penbrice Interiors delivered promptly and have made me very happy!

strange set of circumstances I ordered a small item order took 3 weeks to arrive. It was in an untampered package with the correct post office tracking label and company order ref label intact (impossible to remove without destroying package). Id ordered a replacement curtail cord a cheap set of decorative xmas hats arrived?? The company weren't interested and hid behind an answer phone! All very strange this is quote 'a small family online only company' thankfully I hadn't ordered an expensive item but now am out of pocket 6. Buyer beware !

Fabulous service. I had a relatively small request, on a Saturday afternoon, for a boat project I'm working on. Piddly order, but the service and responsiveness couldn't have been better. I spent c. 10 but they treated me like I was the Head Buyer for the Hilton Group. What a refreshing change. Will definitely be back for a couple of upcoming domestic projects. 100% recommended (and I train Customer Experience for a living, so think I know what "great" looks like.) Thank you!! Guy

I purchased a product online but it was not fit-for-purpose in that I could not use it as intended. I returned the product, with a covering letter and eventually emailed Penbrice to ask for confirmation of receipt and that I had been reimbursed the full monies. Chris Dixon, who owns the Company, did not do this. Following emails and two telephone messages I had left, I rang my Bank and it transpired that he had deducted his p+p and refuses to pay this to me. On his website it states that the p+p would be deducted if the buyer had changed their mind, etc., but nothing about it not being suitable. The amount we are talking about is very minimal but that doesn't take away the fact that I have had the p+p deducted plus, I paid for the return postage. If you use this Company, be careful that this does not happen to you.
