The positive of this company is that they came out quickly to offer us a quote, and fitted a garage door to our specification. The negatives sadly outweigh the positives. In fitting the door an outside cable cover got broken. Despite promising at the time to fit a new one, this has never happened. Numerous calls to the company to remind them this needs doing always result in a vague promise someone will get in touch, which they then never do. We're tired of chasing them and will now make the repair at our own cost. This poor customer after-care now means we will not recommend them in the future.

Cowboy company, refusing to replace faulty parts weve already paid for several times despite being under warranty. The garage door we purchased has been a headache from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs!!

We used these guys once a few years ago, but took a number of phone calls as they didnt turn up on days they said they would arrive. Very unreliable.

From the moment of fitting a disappointing experience and service. The garage door was fitted with a gap as large as 5cm at the bottom (see photo). After a delay they eventually came and were apologetic and fitted a rubber strip that improved things but still not as good had they measured properly.

Our previous review seems to have disappeared! Read the contract very carefully. Any structural damage will not be made good, as we found out when bricks were dislodged in our garage wall during the fitting of the new door. It was pointed out to Hayes Door Centre and we were told words to the effect 'Tough, read the contract, we don't rectify any structural damage.' It is very disappointing as we are happy with the door itself.
