I could not have chosen a better company to lay my floors! I just recently moved into my new maisonette with my partner. And we wanted carpet and vynal tiles put down through all 2 bedrooms a frontroom and stairs. When Kerry and Frankie arrived I was shocked on how quick they set up there tools and got to work, with every stage of the job everything including the rubbish and tools were kept very tidy which is rare to find now. A long with both of them having very good manners! After now finishing the job for me and my partner we are both very Happy! with the outcome of all the floors it had turnt the maisonette into something that felt like our home. Once we have finished decorating I will be posting photos of there work! Totally would recommend this company to anyone who is looking into having there floors done!!

We decided to have engineered wood flooring in our flat and we found Flooring Design Limited on Check a trade website. Kerry Lane is a very friendly professional flooring expert. He is prompt, tidy and very efficient. He gave me a detailed price quote on everything before the work. The final bill was exactly the same as we agreed. We discussed everything and he went the extra miles to reassure me with all my questions answered. He was also very flexible. We wanted to have some extra sound proofing solution because it is a flat so an iso rubber layer was glued to the subfloor under the underlay. Kerry did an outstanding, nice clean job. Excellent service, highly recommended
