I went to the surgery on 19th December to see Dr Noori. I thought I had DVT and when I got to the surgery the doctor called me in almost immediately. She examined my leg and got straight on the phone to the hospital and booked me an appointment for within the hour for the DVT clinic who sent me for a scan on my leg and put me on injected blood thinners that day. I can't thank Dr Noori enough for her speedy action which has saved me a lot of pain and possibly my life ! Thank you Dr Noori

The phlebotomists are excellent and so calm and professional. I'm a needle phobic and I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my blood test. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking practice. Barely staffed and barely trained by the looks of it. Both my parents have been misdiagnosed and mistreated. One died in 2019 after visiting almost every week for a year and they couldnt even diagnose stage 4 lung cancer with visible skin cancer as the secondary. After more complications with my fathers health, now he is in A&E after they diagnosed a viral infection over the phone which has turned out to be a serious bacterial infection. Will be making a formal NHS complaint.

I'm currently still waiting for my sick note that I asked for 21 days ago. I keep getting fobbed off and being told that it's ready but it isn't. Today, I said that I was going to stay on the phone to reception until I receive it, and was told that when the practice is shut, they would email it to me, so I agreed to that and waited. I, yet again, haven't received it. The surgery doesn't monitor email inboxes, so don't bother emailing. The surgery is getting worse and worse. If I could give the surgery 0 stars, I would. The receptionists have lied to me every day this week (it is Friday today), in exclusion of Angela, who after speaking to her, I believe my sick note was chased up (this was on wednesday). Absolutely atrocious.
