Absolutely shocking Ive been coming here for 25 years and its gone down hill. The dentists butchered my teeth here probably because Im not private patient. Ive got ongoing problems with my teeth because of appointments been cancelled and cancelled and my daughters appointment been cancelled whos only 11 the receptionists are rude no empathy at all and even was going to send me away with a prescription that Im allergic too!! Good job I looked at it otherwise they would have been in serious trouble

I wish I could rate it as zero stars. Dental practice with a very poor service. I took my child there in August. They told me they would refer us for tooth extraction. I waited and thought I am in a queue. In January they called me for more details to actually make the referral. As a result we lost 6 months. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

In my opinion since this practice was taken over I think its got worse I keep my appointment getting cancelled I just don't think they want NHS any more .

Never can get an appointment, never answer the phone either.

if you reach them on phone you are lucky, no reply to emails either,
