Do not use this guy. He does a poor job and has also been known to charge for work he didn't do. He won't return to fix problems and he takes cash in hand and doesn't report his earnings to HMRC

Put the number of this company in your phone and you will never need to go elsewhere again for all your aerial needs, and oh so much more. Paul is a real find. Kind, courteous and so helpful. He has helped me a few times lately and each time he went that extra mile. He is amazing value for money too. This guy is the real deal.

Paul fitted an aerial during renovation works, and when we moved in we had problems with reception. He was difficult to get hold of - took multiple texts and calls to get a response. Didnt even have a record of the job - I had to forward the original email with confirmation of payment. Eventually he came round and fitted a new cable to the telly, which made things marginally better but didnt fix the problem at all. Charged me 35 and was suddenly extremely keen to be in touch with pushy daily demands for payment, which I did (stupidly). Problems persisted - again very poor communication (now that payment wasnt due), and when I eventually got a response from Paul he didnt suggest anything helpful, and gave me the distinct impression he either didnt know or didnt care how to fix the problem. I suspect both. He gave various excuses but nothing that explains the lack of communication or proactivity over such a long time. So after 2 months of no help from Paul and trying to fix the problem myself I gave up and went to someone else. Within 24 hours they came round, straightaway saw there was a problem with signal strength, diagnosed the issue, fitted an amplifier and fixed a couple of things that should have been done better in the first place. Everything Paul should have done. Awful service from Minster Aerials.
