This is a truly professional company. They installed a large front door for me 2 years ago. They made an exact copy of the original, and fitted it quickly and efficiently on the day they said, sticking exactly to the original quote. But more than that, their follow-up service was excellent. One of the locks developed a fault on the same day as my daughter's birthday party, with guests due at 7pm. Someone arrived within two hours at 6pm on a Friday evening and fixed the problem. Amazing service! And now, more than two years down the line, a small adjustment was needed to the deadlock. They were here within 24 hours, job done, and no charge! We are absolutely in love with our new front door. It has exceeded all of our expectations! I have been so impressed with the service from Greenwich Joinery from beginning to end - we are in the middle of a house renovation and I just wish all our interactions/experiences with trades could be like this! We honestly can't find anything to fault and it has transformed the way we feel about our house - given us a much needed boost mid reno! Tommy and Mark were ultra responsive keeping us updated throughout the process, and sending us all the information we needed to make choices about door furniture etc. We love the colours, the White tie was definitely ideal and the quality of the door is superb, so thick and such good craftsmanship. I also wanted to commend Charlie and Jack for their hard work and thoughtfulness. Arrive on time, work super hard, a joy to have around and such attention to detail. They checked in with us at every stage and let us know what they were doing and it was honestly a pleasure to have them around. Again, wish all tradesmen could be like this. I cant recommend this company highly enough. Many years of experience, very professional and top blokes. My double-glazed wooden bays are still fab after 14 years.
