Very friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts. Terrific atmosphere with live music. Food & drinks: One small quibble - the breakfast tea was really weak (though extra tea bag provided on request) & coffee was awful. Though we like good coffee. Coffee machine was provided in our room, but it would have been helpful to have provided instructions for it in the room information folder. We couldn't work it out!

Noteworthy details: Andy and his team went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome; adults, kids, dogs alike. A wonderful atmosphere is created. My son and I had a great night listening to top notch live music. Loved the connection between the fish n chip shop next door where you can order your food and it's brought to your pub table.
