        Small but perfectly formed little cottage on the edge of the lake and in walking distance of Hawkshead. This charming little place is clean, tidy, quirky, homely and comfortable. Three of us staying here over Christmas and it's been a treat to come back to. It's warm and dry and beautifully laid out. Nice soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, lovely selection of coffees and teas available and there is a mini fridge and microwave to use. Despite its small size, it packs a lot in and is in a beautiful setting. What's not to like. We love it and already want to come back.
