Went to see an item i found online. Gave discount to match. Ladies in store are very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a couple of items in the end. Very pleased. Thank you

Amazing customer service when an item arrived broken, replacing arrived in post next day!

Loads of great looking knives that you can't try... Pointless. Bought one other thing, got home to find out was broken. Store won't post me a new one so I've got to spend almost as much in fuel to return the item as it cost. They've stopped responding to my emails. Stood at the till and was asked for an email address 'to send your warranty to'... I specifically asked not to receive any spam and was assured this wouldn't happen. Guess what, 1 day later the spam started. Emailed the store to ask why this happened and they haven't replied to 3 emails so far. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend the shop? Not really.

Amazing service from Tina, James and Sarah from Cannock store. Very happy customers. We got exactly what we needed and felt extremely supported by their guidance, honesty and service.
