    A real bitter sweet review this one as I was sure I would end up leaving a glowing 5 star review after initially dealing with Ed one of their operators. Ed was awesome and I cannot thank him enough for his help and professionalism when I was desperate for some parts a week before xmas. Ed is friendly and efficient and managed to source the parts and send them to me by courier in just a couple of days. Sods law in the meantime an electrician found the fault to be just a blown fuse in a hidden circuit board and hence the parts were not needed. So 2 weeks after xmas when returning to work I contacted the guys to explain my situation and that I had an untouched box from them on my desk and ask for a refund. Sadly I was just offered 25% back as they have a 75% re-stock fee policy so after my 566 spent I was apparently entitled to just 177 back after a couple of weeks (granted I paid 135 for a overnight courier which I am happy to lose from this) I have called over 5 times and asked if I can at least speak with a manager to see if we can have a chat about the situation or negotiate (I am in business and totally understand some re-stock fee may be required) but alas no phone call or e-mail ever returned which is disappointing as we stated so well. So the review is based on the re-stock policy as actually dealing with Ed and sourcing the parts was 5 stars.
