Pure Garden Buildings

Having bought a Russell Hobbs 5 burner gas hob from this company, unfortunately after 7 months one of the burners stopped working. We contacted Pure Garden and they said they would look into the matter, this entailed them contacting Argos where they purchased it from and who didnt want to honour the guarantee and also Russell Hobbs who also washed there hands over this matter. The behaviour of both these companies is absolutely disgraceful, they left Pure Gardens to sort the problem out without any form of warranty from either company. Pure Gardens spent a lot of time (maybe 2 and a half weeks) trying to resolve the problem but to no avail, so they took it upon themselves to give us a partial refund to cover a repair, we are really happy with their customer service, a really big WELL DONE and THANK YOU.

I recently dealt with Pure Garden Buildings , who assisted with the supplying of an Asgard Bike Storage unit. I was unable to purchase this unit in Ireland and the manufacturer of the unit did not ship to Ireland. Consequently I sourced the unit from Pure Garden Buildings. I liaised with Imogen in Pure Garden Buildings and she kept me updated regularly , with updates as to when I could expect the unit , as it still had to be manufactured. There were also issues with getting the unit shipped to Ireland following Brexit , but Imogen sorted all of these issues out. I have to say Imogen and Pure Garden Buildings were really great to deal with.

Needed a big hot tub moved after a nightmare house move left it stranded. Dan and his team were fantastic, booking in for a few days ahead and then getting the job done professionally and outrageously quickly on the day. They had all the right kit and a fantastic attitude that they would get past any possible issue. I could not have been happier unless they brought cake and I would highly recommend them.

We contacted various companies regarding the collection and move of a hot tub. We found the communication from here by far the best. Fantastic customer service from the moment we enquired. Professional and courteous. Held a date for us with no obligation in case it could work etc. Competitive pricing. The team who showed up today, were polite friendly and professional. Got the feeling nothing was to much trouble. Reminders of booking sent prior, and updated on the day by team once collected and admin when on route. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company. Everything was spot on from start to finish, and we were even given a free gift of aromatherapy crystals for our new tub. (Which is uncanny as we were looking at buying some) A genuine pleasure to deal with and would use again in a heartbeat. 5Stars from us. Thank you :)
