Serendipity Flowers

Shocking service & disgraceful customer interaction. Apparently when the florist sends flowers to a different address to the one they were given is the customers fault. Flowers were nothing like what was ordered either & ended up getting to the right place 3 days later & are now frost damaged. Rude & disgraceful women who work there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Disappointed with the bouquet I ordered for my uncle's funeral. I specifically order a large bright bouquet, not a funeral wreath, but what arrived had no baring to the picture online. For 45 it was small and mean-looking and the flowers used were totally different - obviously the season has to be taken into account but what arrived in no way resembled what I paid for.

Excellent service from staff. Went In for a gift and they couldn't have been more helpful. Found what I wanted and was delivered a couple of hours later. Absolutely brilliant, will visit again. Thank you

Thank you to Serendipity Flowers Hawkinge for our beautiful balloon bouquets for tables at our wedding reception. They arrived on time, the right colours, stayed up and looked amazing. Staff were helpful and informative. Fabulous x

I lost my daughter Hana to Domestic Abuse 4 years ago. The lady is always so helpful. I asked her for a small wreath from me and a posie from the boys. She produced a lovely butterfly from me and a pink angel from the boys. I cried but was also happy to lay them on my daughters grave. I sent photos to my eldest grandson and he said how beautiful they were. X
