Unfortunately not a great visit. I have a very vocal Frenchie which is extremely common with this breed but Hannah the receptionist was extremely rude and told me to go outside with him. It wasnt the request but how she spoke to me. When I tried to speak to the vet about it at the end of the appointment she just said she wasnt prepared to discuss it with me then walked off. I was then handed a ridiculous bill for some cream and a 5 min consultation. Definitely changing vets and wouldnt recommend the hawkhurst branch at all
