The service here is very slow. Nice staff that are obviously trying their best, but the pharmacy really let's them down. They never have anything ready and ask people to wait 20 mins or more. They never answer the phone. It's very frustrating.

Used to run really efficiently until Heather left. Now utterly useless. Prescriptions are still awaiting to be dispensed even though they have had them for over a week. Now a common sight to see big queues every day and everybody all saying how bad the chemist is now. Never answer the phone or emails either!!

This has always been such a lovely pharmacy with friendly staff. What's going on? People are queuing for up to an hour, only to be told that their prescriptions aren't ready. It would help if there was an explanation displayed on the door, or even a ticket system? I know the Cranbrook pharmacy has closed, maybe that is adding pressure? People are much more understanding if they know what's going on!

Huge queues , medication is never ready whenever you decide to collect it, an elderly lady had been there for over an hour to be told her prescription hadn't been sent over from the doctors, she had to go across the road to the doctors who told her that her prescription was definitely at the pharmacy so they went and had a look and found it behind a box , she was then told to come back in 2 hours to collect, she stood her ground and told them she would wait , totally unprofessional and how many other people does this happen to, just for the record they didn't have my prescription either

I wouldnt even give this pharmacy 1 star after today. I have never had a problem with this pharmacy but since heather has left it has gone downhill massively. My daughter is unwell with a chest infection, prescribed antibiotics which is all good. Went to put the prescription in to collect today, to be told due to a 2 day backlog she cannot gave her an antibiotic until tomorrow afternoon at the earliest as they are not accepting waitings or call backs today! In the mean time she could turn septic or become more unwell. I am fuming beyond belief. How is this allowed its against all evidence based practise going. Infections should be treated before they become worse especially in young and vulnerable patients. Yes I can go somewhere else via car but why should we have too when I have a poorly child that Im having to drag around who feels like rubbish. Absolutely disgusting service and Ive now filed a complaint via paydens.
