        Ordered food online, delivery was meant to be an hour, 2 and a half hours later no food. Tried to phone restaurant multiple times with no reply. When we finally got through we were told we are busy tonight, could they not call and explain, we could have either accepted a delay, gone and collected our order or cancelled. When the food finally arrived it was very tasty but not exactly what we ordered. Bad job tonight Prince of Kent.
