Would never use again and most definitely would not recommend. Terrible customer service, wasn't kept informed of what was happening, had to keep chasing up and finished product was not to the standard I was expecting from a well established company.

I got a quote in June and was told it would take 9 weeks to make them and they would be installed soon after, they even work weekends. I paid my deposit and waited, and waited. After 15 weeks without even a courtesy call they finally contacted me and said the windows are in but they don't work weekends. Then I found out I have no input regarding when the windows will be fitted, they give you a date and if you're not in tough try again later. If this is how they run their business I'm surprised they're still going. Shambles. Service: Glass installation

I personally would not recommend. I rang a few weeks ago as I need a new pane of glass in one of our windows that got accidentally broken. I was told a chap called Mark was going to ring to arrange a visit. Never heard anything after a week, so I chased and was told that either the chap I spoke to, or Mark were going to ring the next day. Again didn't hear anything. A shame as this company was recommended to me by a friend who is a local Parish Councillor.
