Sometimes difficult to get an appointment quickly, but lovely people and of course very helpful with medical needs

As new patient I felt a little guilty at needing the service so soon. There was no long wait for the telephone to be answered. A friendly and helpful receptionist listened to my problem. and she made arrangements for a test. I received a telephone call later outlining my treatment management and was taking a course of antibiotics within 24hours. Excellent advice and service ..thank you.

This is a brilliant surgery everybody from reception staff to doctors are very friendly, helpful and understanding I would definitely recommend many thanks to you all from Lionel Fosher

Ive just recently had a Cholecystectomy which took far longer than it shouldve done which is just down to how the NHS is at the moment, nothing to do with the brilliant people who work for the NHS. The last six months have been just awful while waiting for surgery but Weald View is just amazing and dedicated to their patience, especially Dr Strange and Tracey who Ive got to know very well in the last six months! Reception staff are amazing, Ive always manage to get an appointment or a message to the doctor on the day especially during the last couple of months where my condition was worsening. After the wonderful treatment Ive had this year from this particular surgery it saddens me to hear that some people are being unkind to staff, its easy to forget theyre just like us people with feelings who are working long hours and trying to deliver the best service with the resources, they have so more kindness should be showing to places like this especially in a village. I still have away to go on my recovery journey but hopefully I wont be popping in so much in the next six months! To all of the staff please keep up your incredible work and wishing everyone the best in the future. Thank you for myself and family.
