        Paul went above & beyond when recently servicing my and my mother's boilers. Due to issues with my mother's boiler, Paul spent several hours more than the estimated one hour. He didn't leave until he knew everything was safe and the manufacturers had given a date come to mend the boiler. He did not charge any extra for all the time taken. When the Worcester Bosch technician came, he had the necessary parts due to Paul's instruction on the phone, and was really impressed with the details notes Paul had left for him. We highly recommend Boiler Services Ltd and will be using them again ourselves. Service: Heating system maintenance
