The restaurant service is awful, seems to be a very small team that work in all areas of the resort. They're not well versed on allergens, presuming that items were gluten free or vegan without checking the allergen list. Items were missing from the list when I requested it. Items on the lunch menu were listed as vegan but had fish or egg in. One night the curry that was served was off and tasted sour and fizzy. Very long wait for food or service. The cabins themselves are beautiful and finished very well. Very warm but not enough hot water for a bath. Was expecting a bigger pool from the photos but we'll maintained and the spa itself was well worth the money for treatments. Highly recommend the spa treatments and all the therapists seemed highly qualified and did a very good job at making us relaxed. Would stay again but wouldn't eat in the restaurant due to the lack of service, food options and quality. It felt like microwaved whetherspoons quality
