Had a fantastic day with Elizabeth and Judy on the Wild about Wensleydale cookery course. We were made to feel so welcome and made some fabulous food. We didn't stop laughing or eating all day. Elizabeth and Judy are fantastic. Can't wait to do it all again and try something new. Thank you for a great day.

Wonderful day packed with bread recipes. Elizabeth is passionate and inspiring. She is also entertaining and a great teacher with endless patience. She made sure that I went home with some gluten free goodies too which was a real treat and a success. Those recipes will now be part of my diet for certain. Lovely kitchen environment, delicious recipes, great company! Fantastic tonic for the soul. Thank you.

My son and I went wild about Wensleydale!! We were welcomed by Elizabeth and freshly made raspberry scones.. an amazing start to the day which continued right to the end. Elizabeth swapped recipes to suit my sons vegetarian needs, what a patient and helpful lady who made my son feel at ease and comfortable right from the beginning. I am still surprised by how many superb recipes we cooked on the course and even more surprised and delighted by the feast we returned home with!! What a fantastic mum and son day. we spent sun 11th july with Elizabeth .we cooked a range of items from pork pies to portuguese tarts and lots more besides ..Elizabeth prepared pea and mint soup for lunch which was delicious .we really enjoyed our day and all thought it was excellent value for money . Thankyou for a great day .
