My friend and I went for dinner. At the time, not all of the options was available. However, the pizzas that we did order tasted amazing! The service was great as well and the staff were very kind (offering us blankets and making sure the heater was keeping us warm outside).

Attended twice. First time we had great food and service. Second time we were looking for the same but were left very disappointed. Ordered an over 8 calamari dish which was substandard for an Italian restaurant, very small and poor quality like it was stale leftovers . After speaking with two staff- a barman and possibly the boss. We said that we weren't happy with this, asking three times and explaining as clearly as possible with a clear language barrier, we did not get a resolution, so we got somewhat agitated. We asked for the bill as we felt uncomfortable that we weren't being treated as expected. The restaurant offered the main meal, one pizza for free as takeaway. Was looking to enjoy the food and the occasion, but unfortunately the two staff were very unhelpful, inattentive and were not willing to listen to customers who tried to get a reasonable resolution to poor quality and portioned food. It was such a shame as we had a great time on our first visit. Maybe a lack of customers has caused the restaurant to use old stock, less caring staff and a less customer focused approach to their restaurant. During the visit we really did want to give the restaurant the opportunity to make things right, but we were not offered this.
